Public Meeting: New planning application for redevelopment of Phibsborough Shopping Centre with Cllr Declan Meenagh and Senator Marie Sherlock.

Planning permission for redevelopment of the shopping centre was granted in 2018. The developers are now back seeking a change of permission to incorporate the agreement with TESCO on access issues and to convert the 341 student accommodation beds to 321 co-living units.

Unfortunately, the SHD (Strategic Housing Development) process within An Bord Pleanála means you have only one opportunity to have your voice heard on this plan.
